Reuse an existing promo as a starting point for a new one

If you regularly send promos that follow the same shape — same audience, same copy, same artwork pattern — you can now duplicate an existing promo as a starting point instead of rebuilding from scratch.

Duplicating from the promo detail page

Open any promo and use the More menu in the top-right of the detail page. Choose Duplicate, and Trackdrop creates a fresh draft that inherits everything except the audio tracks — the release details, the additional files, the artwork, the copy, and the audience selection all carry over.

Tracks are left empty by design: a duplicate is almost always a starting point for a different release, so you upload the new audio fresh.

What happens next

The new draft appears at the top of your Drafts list, ready to edit. You can adjust anything you want before sending — change the audience, swap the artwork, edit the description — and the original promo is left untouched.
