Read recipient replies without leaving Trackdrop

When recipients reply to a promo email, those replies now show up directly in Trackdrop — no need to dig through your inbox to find them, and no risk of missing an interested DJ because their message got buried.

The Replies tab

Every promo detail page now has a Replies tab alongside Stats and Feedback. Open it to see a list of every reply that's come in, with the sender's name, the body of their message, and when they sent it.

Quoted text from the original promo email is stripped out automatically so you see just what the recipient actually wrote, not the full reply-chain noise.

How replies get captured

Replies are picked up automatically — recipients just hit reply in their email client as normal, and Trackdrop ingests the message. There's nothing for you or the recipient to configure.
