I haven’t received a passcode

When you request a one-time passcode to create your account or log in to Trackdrop, you can expect it to arrive within a few minutes. 

If over 5 minutes have passed since your request and you haven’t received the email:

1. Check your spam/junk folder.

   • Our email may have been misidentified by your provider. Remember to mark it as ‘safe’ or ‘not spam’ to help make sure our messages reach your inbox in the future. 

2. Request a new login code by clicking Resend now
   
   

   

   
   Note: This will invalidate the passcode in your previous email. Make sure you use the most recently receive code. 

If you’re still not receiving the code to your inbox or spam/junk folders after attempting to resend it, this indicates there may be an issue with your email address or provider. Try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check the email address to make sure there are no typos or errors, and that the address you entered matches the one you used to set up your Trackdrop account.

2. Ensure you have enough storage space in your mailbox.

   • Email providers may limit the amount of storage you have. You may need to delete unneeded messages to make room before you can receive more mail. 

3. Mark release@trackdrop.com as a safe sender.

   • Gmail: Add release@trackdrop.com to your contacts. You can find instructions here - Add, move, or import contacts

   • Hotmail/Live/Outlook: Safe Senders in Outlook

   • Proton Mail: How to add senders to your allow list

   • Yahoo Mail: Add release@trackdrop.com to your contacts. You can find instructions here - Add, edit, or delete contacts in Yahoo Mail

   • For custom domains, check with your provider or administrator. 

4. Send an email to release@trackdrop.com. 

   • Please note that this is a no-reply email, which means you may receive an automated response or bounceback message. However, sending an outgoing email will still help your email provider recognize that you would like to receive contact from this address. 

If the delivery issues persist, please contact your email provider’s support team to understand why messages from release@trackdrop.com are being filtered or blocked from reaching your inbox. 

If you’re part of a team on Trackdrop, you may wish to reach out to your administrator and ask them to add an alternative email address for you in the meantime, so you can still access your organization’s promos.
