How does billing work?
Trackdrop subscriptions are billed monthly at £20 / €20 / $25 per organization.
Your full team can access Trackdrop’s features to build, send, and track promos, including sends of up to 2000 emails each month.
If you need to send over 2000 emails per month, each 100 emails will be charges at an additional £20 / €20 / $25
Free credits
Every new organisation receives free introductory credits when it’s created, so you can get started sending your promos right away.
Credits are added to your account automatically, and no payment method or action is required for you to redeem them.
You can use your introductory credits towards the monthly subscription fee and for overage charges if you send over 2000 emails within the month.
Checking your usage and credits
Go to Settings and click Billing to see a full breakdown of your current usage.
The left side of the page shows:
Your total emails sent so far for the current billing period.
A usage chart showing sends over time, with a reference line at your 2,000 email allowance.
A list of promos sent this month and the number of emails each one used.
The right side of the page shows:
Current billing period: the date range, projected total due, and a line-item breakdown including your monthly plan, any overage charges, credits applied, and total due.
Credit balance: one card per credit grant, each showing the remaining amount as a progress bar.
How credits are applied
Credits are applied automatically to each invoice. When your credits cover the full cost of a period, the invoice summary will show "This period's costs are covered by your free credits."
Adding a payment method
You won’t need to add a payment method to use your free credits on Trackdrop.
When your credits run low, you’ll see a banner on your Billing page with a reminder to add your payment details.
You’ll need to make sure you have enough credits to cover your usage before you can send your promo. If your account has insufficient credits for your promo send, you’ll need to add a payment method.
To add a payment method, click Manage billing on the Billing page. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can add or update your payment details and view past invoices.
Referral credits
If your organisation was created via a referral, you may have received referral credits in addition to the standard signup grant. Referral credits expire one year from the date they were applied.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time via Manage billing in the Stripe portal. You can continue to use your subscription benefits on Trackdrop until the end of the current billing period.
