Can I add more contacts at a later date?

Yes! You can add more contacts to your audience on Trackdrop anytime. 

How to add contacts

For larger contact lists, we recommend using our CSV importer. Please see: Adding contacts in bulk.

Can I add new contacts to a sent promo?

Once a promo has been sent, it’s not possible to update or add to the recipient list. 

You can create a new version of the promo to send to your updated list of contacts. 

Tip: You can use tags to help organize your audience list. You may want to consider adding a tag like ‘New’ to contacts you’ve just added, so you can easily find new audience members to send promos to.
