Can I edit my contact’s details?
It’s not currently possible to edit a contact's name or email address directly in Trackdrop.
If a contact's name or email address needs to be updated, the recommended approach is:
Delete the existing contact record. See Deleting contacts from my audience for instructions.
Add the contact again with the correct details.
To add contacts one at a time, see: Adding individual contacts.
To add several contacts at once, see: Adding contacts in bulk.
NB: Deleting and re-adding a contact will clear their play and download history for your promos.
While you can’t amend or update a contact’s name or email address, you can change the groups they’re in by editing their tags. Read more here.
